Dear Customer,
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may
exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason
within 14 calendar days of receiving the product,
in accordance with the applicable Hungarian legislation and our
General Terms and Conditions

Before returning a product, please contact us by email.

- Customer’s full name
- Bank account details, where required for the refund

with the subject line “Return”.
Important information:
- Returns may only be made in accordance with applicable Hungarian legislation and our General Terms and Conditions .
- The right of withdrawal without providing a reason may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The refund will be completed no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the customer has provided reliable evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
- The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
- Please package the product securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.
